About Us

This Health Guides website was developed to provide useful information about health in general and to serve as a reference guide to vitamins and natural remedies. After a while more information was added to include fitness, as well as information about health conditions, such as acne, cancer and diabetes.

This site was established in March 2007 and it's now in its 5th year online.

In 2009 we also added Health Products section, as it became obvious that some of our visitors were looking to also buy health supplements. At the moment there is only a dozen products featured here, including vitamin supplements, eyes drops, and detox supplements. More health products will be added in 2012.
