Diet

A balanced diet is required for healthy sustenance of the skin. Such diet contains the proteins and nutrients essential for the skin. A proper and balanced diet helps to keep your skin glowing and healthy. Food high in Potassium should also be consumed so that it helps you keep away from several diseases.

Self Care

Self-care is very much needed. To prevent acne, cleanse your face for 2 times a day especially before you go to sleep. Don’t go to bed with dust and pollution on your skin. Apply suitable moisturizers and cream. Avoid all the causes that can be controlled by you.

Avoid Dehydration

Our body requires maximum water and juices level to stay hydrated. Consume more and more water as it has hundreds of positive effect on our body. If you can’t consume ratables good for your health then you can go for smoothies, they serve as energy boosters and also keeps your body dehydrated.

Enough Sleep

Our skin also requires enough of rest to look good and feel healthy. Take care about your sleep schedule and ensure you get sufficient sleep required to an average person. Sleep keeps your body relaxed and helps your skin feel relaxed and fresh when you wake up.

Exfoliate

Our skin contains tiny pores and cracks which lets the dust particle enter our skin. To keep the skin clean, do exfoliate the skin once in a week with the best and suitable scrub for your skin. Epsom salt can be used as a substitute for the scrub. You can mix a tablespoon of Epsom salt in cleansing cream and use it. It removes skin debris and makes your skin look perfect and healthy.

Moisturise

Keep your skin moisturized. Apply aloe vera gel or a cream containing aloe vera, two times a day to keep your skin hydrated.
