group performed aerobic exercises for 20-60 minutes per day for
five days a week and trained in cognitive and behavioral policies

day.

group, they improved their heart and breathing health almost twice
the amount of the lifestyle group, however ending the 2 year period
both groups heart and breathing health were at the same levels.
While each group showed good improvement in both diastolic blood
pressure and body fat percentages the total ratios of cholesterol
levels to high density cholesterol level
ending the first 6 months of the 24 month period. But after the 18
months follow period both groups fitness levels decreased however a
larger decrease was present in fitness and a significant increase
in weight gain the structured training group than
in the lifestyles activity group. This study recommended the
activity routine the structured training group was not sustained
successfully as in the lifestyle group.

Health
By including a reasonable stage of everyday physical activity
throughout your normal daily routine could be a method of attaining
some a regular exercise regimen. Since normal fitness training has
a health advantage of 22% of regularly active Americans, means it’s
not necessary to perform strenuous training to be physically
healthy. Normal everyday activities are simply fun to do and can be
a part of a daily fitness routine such as walking or jogging an
